Poseidon Complex - Kato Gouves
The complex POSEIDON consists of 20 luxury residences 60 – 200 sq.m. and of one store. It is being constructed in a plot of 8000 sq.m.within two street corners (the roads are surfaced with blacktop and fully landscaped with sidewalks and lighting), with great frontage on the coastal road of Gouves, in an excellent position, with easy access, within the settlement of Kato Gouves.

The complex abstains 15 kilometers from the city center of Heraklion and 10 minutes from the airport and port, and has direct access to the old and the new highway national road.
The former U.S. base of Gournes, is housing the Gouves Municipality’s services, the elementary school, High School, Lyceum and the Professional Training Institutes. Sports facilities, a hospital, shopping centers etc. are intended to be constructed in the base area, infrastructures that create the best conditions for permanent or holiday residency.
There is a bus stop in front of the complex.
